A creative problem solver, currently involved in leading a team of IT support engineers. I am particularly intrigued by digital technologies and the different practical uses of it. My multidisciplinary background helps me look at problems from different perspectives, think outside the box and look for creative and innovative solutions, as well as communicate more effectively with a wide range of people.

Line manage a geographically dispersed team of IT support engineers. Constantly monitor, report and improve quality in order to ensure optimal IT support services provided to the organization globally. Responsible for developing and maintaining procedures and standards as well as determine needs on support and trainings. Oversee and maintain training material and end user manuals. Involved in negotiation of contracts and budget preparations.

Global IT support engineer | Greenpeace International

Part of a globally distributed team of four to provide second line of support for user questions on the global applications used by the organization. Day to day work involved problem solving, creating user manuals, provide trainings and guidance on advanced tasks. Counceling users to gain understanding of and enforce policies. Involved in self-initiated projects that could potentially improve existing work flows and procedures for IT staff and end users alike.

Digital communications and fundraising officer | Greenpeace Greece

January 2011 - October 2012 | Athens, Greece

Managed, improved and promoted the website and social media accounts on a daily basis. Collaborated with the communications and fundraising teams on online projects to strategically plan email campaigns and segment audiences. Organized an efficient online fundraising plan kickstarted by the implementation of the online donation platform. Part of the Digital Mobilization Unit that focused on innovation and discovering new digital tools for projects.
